The CTO is very project-minded; running his teams effectively with clear measurables and also has a heart of gold (he really, truly cares about you as a human being). The entire VP team is innovative, collaborative and extremely hard-working. They are clear on goals and objectives so you always know what is required and communicate feedback openly, especially when it will help you grow. They are working with purpose and vision at the forefront of everything they do; even at the expense of their own health at times but it all revolves around a heart for Africa. Releaf operates very ethically when it comes to people and processes unparalleled in the Nigerian market.
