      The technology is very cool and you get to work with people who actually want to make a difference. Lots of favoritism in the people department and no direction. They lost 10 recruiters in the past year

      Great snacks, awesome IC’s, Long Beach weather.

      Cons

      Current exodus of manufacturing leadership has created a toxic and very unpleasant work environment. It’s very clear here that pets outweigh performance, leading to top performers leaving as well.
