      Individuals are driven, people are very collaborative, there is a lot of support for each other within the teams and cross-functionally at the lower levels.

      Cons

      Especially in 2024, executive leadership team has fired or driven away a lot of experienced leaders. Additionally, underwhelming middle management and non-competitive comp are significant factors in attrition of top-performing individual contributors.

      Great snacks, awesome IC’s, Long Beach weather.

      Cons

      Current exodus of manufacturing leadership has created a toxic and very unpleasant work environment. It’s very clear here that pets outweigh performance, leading to top performers leaving as well.
