      * Work with extremely talented peers * Approach problems from new perspectives over traditional aerospace * Intentional focus on culture * Great opportunity for ownership and impact

      Cons

      * HQ is packed and loud if you don't have a desk in the office area, outgrew Long Beach quick with employee count * Parking is rough

      Great snacks, awesome IC’s, Long Beach weather.

      Cons

      Current exodus of manufacturing leadership has created a toxic and very unpleasant work environment. It’s very clear here that pets outweigh performance, leading to top performers leaving as well.
