Pros
Hard working and knowledgeable employees. Have created a quality product. The company is relatively small which leads to growth opportunities that wouldn't be available at a larger business. Comp and benefits are decent, flexible and generous vacation package. Office location is convenient.
Cons
Turnover in the sales and marketing departments have left a void that needs to be filled. The office attitude is very relaxed but the physical space needs some personal touches to liven it up. The business is a private start up, which has high risk but high reward.
