Pros

The best thing is some of the day to day works are smart and very helpful.

Cons

This company is a sinking ship. 4 layoffs in 4 years. Has laid off entire teams. Asks for you to do more work with less employees, and for the same amount of money. Has been outsourcing all the jobs it can overseas, laying off US employees to do so. Upper management has no clue what they are doing. Shows blatant favoritism to cheap employees and punishes US employees for small issues. People are leaving in droves over stress and management. Abandons stable products that made the company what it is, for hype words like AI and new products that arent stable and take forever to start up. Fires long term employees with knowledge that no one else has, with no back up plan, just to figure it out. High stress. No care for employee well being. Benefits suck. HR won't fight for you no matter the toxic environment. You will probably be laid off if you complain. Sends out employees surveys and does nothing with them. You will be paid the bare minimum for any job.

Pros

Work from home is pretty great. PTO is usually approved unless your role cannot be covered.

Cons

You will be asked to do an absurd amount of work for the money you make. Chances are if you are US based your role will be out-sourced to a couple folks in India who have no idea what they're getting themselves into. No one who has any power to change the trajectory of this company has a grasp on reality. Any person I talk to who is in a real role that does work within the the company is completely burnt out and exhausted.
