The staff doesn't know what they are doing and it takes forever to fire someone unless they do something terrible. I worked for a different company and that company knew what they were doing the onky problem was they people who worked there were so rude. I compair this company to my other one and think this place is terrible. They hsve unrealistic expectations for your work, people get burnt out and leave particularly offen. They are scared to implement certain rules that would prevent all of the fraud the resident's are doing. They over work their employees. They have started to remove different departments that previously made things are bit easier but now it is just adding more on the site employee's already heavy work load.
