10 paid days off, sometimes a 2 hour early quit on a Friday before a holiday, and a nice benefits package
Cons
bonuses are late most times. You can't count on them until they are paid. 2% COL increase no other wage increases. Haven't made a whole dollar increase yet and I've been there 5 years.
