As long as the product progresses positively, the management doesn't interfere with you managing your time with respect to work/life balance. 3. Be part of an early stage startup and help it grow big. Amazing place to learn if you plan to startup on your own in a couple of years.

Independence to a fault. This might lead to you feel lonely when difficult technical problems surface.
