Pros
Freedom under responsibility, for real for the first time in my career. Awesome young team, celebrating at every moment where it makes sense. Driven, talented founders who's not gonna stop or get stale just because the industry is changing.
Cons
We are experiencing growing pains as all companies who are growing fast under a short period of time, that can sometimes hurt, so you have to like the pain, a little bit :)
