      Pros

      Nice vibe, a spirit of always improving, tech and automation at heart even if you're not a developer. People help out no matter role. Super interesting marketspace with international clients.

      Cons

      Client demands are changing, the marketplace changes, the offering changes, the company is growing, and organization needs to change. If you don't like changes and making sure to stay on top of your own area that in turn changes, it may not be for you.

      - Influencer marketing is growing fast and Relatable is on the forefront in terms of both clients and tech - Get to work with a wide range of clients -- including some of the biggest brands in the world - A lot of autonomy to carve out the best way of working for you - Exciting environment as new things are happening all the time

      Cons

      - Relatable is still somewhat of a start-up, so some structures aren't as defined as you'd like
