Pros

No pro's in my experience with this company.

Cons

Had the misfortune of working here briefly. Due to an extremely poor manager I had to leave. The pay is average, Commission is possible but only on sales of €600+ which don't come often when your on a small contract. The most un-organised filthy place I have ever worked. Nothing was ever cleaned or maintained, customers left the store with dirty hands from the chrome not being cleaned, yet were expected to drop €200+ on luxury goods? Staff were treated extremely bad by the manager who happened to be on holidays at least once a month. No contact with the area manager whatsoever. Never once met her in three months of working there. No training and development structure except being forced to watch generic training DVD's on my first day. Staff were reprimanded for calling in sick creating a very tense work atmosphere. Absolutely no growth. There were team members that remained sales assistants after 5+ years of service and were expected to fulfil the duties of a manager despite not being paid the wage of one. Then comes the conversion rates. The company refused to drop their prices in line with Brexit like all of it's competitors. Customers were noticing massive increases between the euro and sterling online which the company were actually profiting from! I had to deal with so many cheated customers shouting at me and getting upset over it and was just told to 'tell them to write to customer services and complain.' All in all very low footfall and a drab and boring place to work. Would not recommend.

Pros

- good discount - allowance - great quality clothes

Cons

There was poor communication and the managers never took accountability for anything. The top sales employees felt overworked and just left the company. We rarely made goals and managers would blame the team even though they didn't advertise the grand opening.
