Morale is always extremely low. Everyone has or currently does talk about quitting; even those that work hardest and are the biggest assets to the team. (Though the store opened in June, there are only two full time hires still working for the company, the average period of employment is probably around four months.) My current general manager told me straight up that I'm not worth what I'm paid.
