      Hybrid option and flexible with personal time Recognizes employees - adamant and on time with reviews, wage increases, promotions, bonuses, social functions, year end party etc. regular check ins making sure your being challenged but not overwhelmed. Concerned for employees wellbeing - conducts town halls for feedback, brought in an immigration consultant etc. Mentorship - willing to teach, paid for continuing education Free parking in lot and close to C-train Breakfast Thursdays

      - Opportunity to work on variety of projects - Great benefits, vacation/Flex Time - Senior engineers & managers willing to share knowledge, experiences and explain concepts - if you’re willing to put in effort & listen with an open mind, you will be put in a position to grow professionally. - willing to talk about issues professionally and personally if you ask to have that discussion - Able to learn a lot from different engineers & designers. - Will give you increased responsibilities if you ask for it. - most project managers will agree with your ideas & trust you to make decisions. - donuts every Thursday
