Staff Associate Salary - Staff Associate Rehmann Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time for time to leave this review! We want to clarify the PTO and holiday concerns that you shared. Staff and Senior associates do earn 3 weeks of PTO each year by working 2080 hours (a 40-hour work week commitment). However, we know that there are additional hours worked in our profession. We accrue more PTO for those additional hours, so Staff and Seniors actually have the potential to earn 4 weeks of PTO. Once someone is promoted to Manager or reaches their 5-year anniversary, that increases to 5 weeks. Don't forget about the holiday week that we are provided during the 4th of July week! It's wonderful to see the firm to close down and allow all associates to recharge and spend time out of the office. In addition to our stated holidays, we also provide 8 hours each year as a Diversity Day to allow associates to celebrate other important celebrations in their lives.
