8yThank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are excited about our "iDress for Success" policy too. Our associates are able to wear jeans every day when in the office!
The firm does provide training for new managers and leadership programs for our mid-level associates. Training can provide knowledge and new skills for managers, but we recognize that there are still areas that all managers can improve. Our upward evaluation process allows associates to provide confidential feedback to their supervisors, allowing them to gain insight on where they can personally grow as a manager. We also encourage associates to share feedback directly with their supervisor. We're hopeful that you took those opportunities while you were here!
