Pros
Feel lucky to have been employed by RDG as a liaison between us and the client. They have always tried their best to be fair, kind, transparent and professional. Usually, they succeeded.
Cons
Small company so we didn't get any benefits. A couple of times there was some confusion just due to overall politics or mismatching communication. They don't know exactly what their employees do - never having done it themselves - so it's hard to relate.
