Good organization for fresher - .NET Developer Regulus IT Employee Review

There is a lot to learn for new comers. Project management is good

Very low salary. No flexibility in working hours. School type attendance system

Not many, but the ability to use newer tech is the one that stands out. The management is friendly and open with the employees, however, it doesn't lead to anything.

Long work hours, which mean literally no social life. Pay scale is poor, especially when compared to the work that is put in. Although we are encouraged to use new tech, but there is no training provided what so ever.
