great compensation, schedule and hours flexibility, support team and leadership

Cons

Since we work remotely it is hard to develop relationships with co-workers and meet people in person.

Super Flexible schedule! I absolutely love working around my life and not living around my work.

Because it is remote sometimes I feel that I am not as connected with my coworkers.
