      Other employees are great to work with somehow they are able to attract good talent

      Cons

      - C level and VP level Management is out of touch with employees. - No consistency any where ask 3 people the same question on anything related to the business get 3 or more different answers. - The issues with the company are high level but are blamed on lower level employees - Training is minimal and not comprehensive

      There are some really good employees who will support you as a team player because if which the company is still running.

      Cons

      - Late in paying salary - Absolutely no work life balance - No personal or financial growth - The leadership team only understands money - No sense of structure for work everything everyday is a priority and they suck the mental health out of you
