      No real pros to the company

      Cons

      No real access to commission, management and cbm are no very effective at communicating, you will find yourself short staffed and working Saturday to cover other branches and the pay isn’t great for he outdated systems they have . If you are just getting into banking this is for you or you are and experienced banker or more please do not entertain and opportunity with them

      I work on a team but most of the Work is independent. I am not being micro managed and my team is super supportive and helpful.

      Cons

      There are a lot of different task that may arise that you may not receive formal training on. This is a learn as you go position.

      Pros

      The Culture, the people, the atmosphere are OUTSTANDING- there really is a feeling of camaraderie and "can do" attitude in every person I've met here.

      Cons

      None so far, if anything, perhaps a tendency to plan a bit too ambitiously- but it definitely seems to steer the ship in the right direction.
