Cons
As a manager I am used to hiring my own team, not the case at regions. Staffing in the area is a major issue due to not paying competitive salaries at branch level. Hard to keep a staff engaged and happy when they can make substantially more pay elsewhere in the industry for the area. Regions says they are about the people, but they are more about the sale. Branches are staffed extremely thin, resulting in higher turnover do to poor pay and over worked associates.
