Pros

Pros include supportive training and management, easy access to information and resources, fairly frequent employee appreciation such as snacks, lunch, etc

Cons

I found ring on the phones to be anxiety-inducing, just blindly taking one call after another. The phone calls would often go pretty well, but I found that I have a bit of phone anxiety around it. It's better on emails, but you do find yourself answering the same basic questions on a frequent basis, which becomes frustrating, especially when you know they have easy access to the information on their end.

Pros

I work on a team but most of the Work is independent. I am not being micro managed and my team is super supportive and helpful.

Cons

There are a lot of different task that may arise that you may not receive formal training on. This is a learn as you go position.

Pros

The Culture, the people, the atmosphere are OUTSTANDING- there really is a feeling of camaraderie and "can do" attitude in every person I've met here.

Cons

None so far, if anything, perhaps a tendency to plan a bit too ambitiously- but it definitely seems to steer the ship in the right direction.
