- Fast growing company - Interesting business area on dynamic market - Family-style communication in the team - No corporate bureaucracy - Easy to act and implement ideas for people with active position - In IT, a lot of flexibility in tech stack and self development - Work-life balance - Finally, cozy, quite and comfortable office (after the move in November 2018)
Cons
Still startup feeling, strategically and organizationally company is not on enterprise level yet, but this is ongoing process and it's possible to participate in it
