Thanks for the feedback. Middle management is working hard as is the entire staff. Our employees and our clients are critical to our success. We are constantly adjusting to balance these sometimes conflicting priorities while we navigate the new working environments and resource challenges created by the pandemic.

RRI offers great work-life balance. They also give you the opportunity to go beyond your job title, and you are able to learn and input in different parts of the business.

Cons

Unfortunately, downsizing has occurred within the past year.

Thanks for the feedback. It is true, and unfortunate that we needed to do some downsizing within the past year. We strive to create a great working environment, balance work life and home life while continuously driving company success.
