      Pros

      There are no pros for any position at Rex. There's a reason there is a revolving door at Rex. No one in their right mind would actually want to work for Rex.

      Cons

      -The most toxic airline culture, sadly a crash is long overdue. -Old equipment, always breaking down. -Bad pay and EBA. -Bad working conditions, they dehumanize and bully their staff. -Insane management that micromanage and are obsessed with power-psychopaths and pathological liars. -There are equivalent jobs with better conditions. This is possibly the worst job as an airline pilot in Australia.

      Pros

      Good compensation, typically you spend 1 night at a time away from home (out and back), the people you work with are solid, a reasonably good relationship between scheduling and flight crew, overtime compensation is pretty good.

      Cons

      Overnights are nearly all min rest over nights. CEO and COO are vindictive, unprofessional and untrustworthy. The work culture is one of fear and intimidation. Unfortunately this far outweighs the benefits of working for this company. Be very careful before you work for these guys while Neville Howell is COO

      Pros

      Decent pay , and decent benefits.

      Cons

      They don't care about your well being. You get no weather protective gear. I have been there for months, and I still don't have a complete uniform set. List goes on n on.
