The DON has no social tact or professionalism when approaching issues that affect productivity & work life balance. It is not uncommon to be stuck working overtime due to lack of personnel. Low group morale & gossiping is widespread among employees. You are reprimanded for providing feedback or voicing concerns regarding quality of care or safety issues.
