Pros
Decent pay and benefits. Job security.
Cons
They say they want open and honest communication, NOT. The culture is be nice, never say anything even slightly honest if it is negative, even about your reports. There is a lot of favoritism. Meeting set out "ley lines" in order to advance, what happen to hard work, excellent performance. The ley lines are just a way for them to justify you not getting a promotion. They tell us how much money we are bringing in (and you can check as it's a public company, yet they are cutting back on our raises and bonuses. They tell us how much they appreciate our hard work, then show it, give us better raises and bonuses. I don't like that they provide Regeneron stocks for your 401K instead of cash. Awarding us stocks as a "bonus" is just a way to retain people as the stocks vest in 2-4 year increments, you leave or retire, you lose any unvested stocks. All the crazy extra things that are required to do, CI's yearly, DEI, 30/30's monthly. Useless meetings, a meeting about a meeting, or the necessary people do not attend, so another meeting gets scheduled. No remote work even for jobs that can work from home, unless you are a Director.
