      I’m lucky that I have a flexible location. Great salary, benefits, share options. Innovative in many areas

      Are not innovative in terms of flexibility for locations for some roles - this can cause the company to lose out in great talent Can be hierarchical

      work with some good people

      Cons

      1) Contractors have a HUGE uphill battle to becoming a full time Regeneron employee - no matter how good they are. 2) At the mercy of too much favoritism 3) The expectations can be unrealistic depending on who your supervisor is.
