      Pros

      They have a great pipeline. There is real potential to help people.

      Cons

      Regeneron (in my function) has become a cesspool of toxic management . A bunch of talent-free hacks ruining the careers of loyal and talented employees. Retention was always a bragging point. Not anymore, golden handcuffs can’t even keep people around anymore. HR is useless.

      Benefits are good. Salary is decent.

      Cons

      Rudderless commercial organization run by inexperienced or inept leadership across all brands. Unfortunately, it has devolved into an atmosphere of reprisals, frustration, and kissing the ring. The company does NOT live by the principles is espouses.
