      Good Work-life balance, decent middle management.

      Cons

      Senior leadership does not always have best interest in mind for employees. No hybrid/WFH opportunities. Expect to be underpaid by 20-25% when compared to similar positions at other larger pharma companies. Compensation is not performance-based.

      Good pay and benefits. Flexibility of work hours.

      Cons

      If you're in the wrong group, it's a struggle to get autonomy even when you ask for more oversight of a group or project because micromanaging is an issue. I feel trapped where I am and growth has been stagnant. They also hold a mistake against you for years. Management afraid to give constructive criticism.
