-OK benefits -Events with free food -Baller holiday party -Easy to move up if you have close personal relationships with management
Cons
-Nepotism hardcore, managers are all married to each other or live next to each other. Rumors going around they have swinger parties. -Hard workers are not rewarded, brown nosing is -Pay gets worse every year for hourly people (UPS drivers make more), top executive at the company is the highest paid in Albany, NY by double 2nd place -Benefits getting worse. Not as rapidly as pay, but things like deductible are skyrocketting. With worse pay it hurts that much more. -Less and less Full Time Employees, more and more contract workers. -Lot of people have mental health issues due to the stresses of the job. Benefits team is very difficult to work with to get time off. -PTO is very slim, no sick time.
