      Pros

      Wonderful people to work with, who are very committed to bringing forth a great product. Lost of fun and they try to keep the work/life balance a priority.

      Cons

      Growing too fast - not enough space to accommodate new hires. Long hours are expected, so while you have potential for some good overtime pay, burnout is possible.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexibility of work hours.

      Cons

      If you're in the wrong group, it's a struggle to get autonomy even when you ask for more oversight of a group or project because micromanaging is an issue. I feel trapped where I am and growth has been stagnant. They also hold a mistake against you for years. Management afraid to give constructive criticism.
