No work life balance and diversity in the Biostats group and department is mostly driven by management culture - Anonymous employee Regeneron Employee Review

Management is terrible and no work life. BDM department was horrible with micromanaging from managers. One manager in particular had anger outbursts during meetings and was very rude and impatient. Colleagues were not very friendly either, but wouldn't blame them much as they were over worked, meetings booked completely in calendars and no time for social interactions. Common practice for employees to work past 8pm on a regular basis. Work for the company of you have no concern about having a work life balance or don't mind a rude manager mimicromanaging you.
