      Pros

      The benefits are amazing at this company. They are very generous with promotions and bonuses at the end of the year. The medical/dental/vision benefits are competitve as well. The staff is very friendly and everyone seems to want to help everyone out. The company culture seems the best out of any other companies I have worked for.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be a struggle. You are expected to be available after hours and to keep up on your emails. Promotions don't always go to those who deserve them and management plays favorites.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexibility of work hours.

      Cons

      If you're in the wrong group, it's a struggle to get autonomy even when you ask for more oversight of a group or project because micromanaging is an issue. I feel trapped where I am and growth has been stagnant. They also hold a mistake against you for years. Management afraid to give constructive criticism.
