      Good benefits (18 days PTO, 14 days floating holiday, healthcare, dental, 12 weeks maternity leave), investment in education/training, excellent product, company cares about you

      BPSs have awkward hours (6am start time for first shift is early), having to go 4+ hours between drinking water/bathroom breaks is rough. Some changes are copied from Ireland that don't actually work well.

      Good pay and benefits. Flexibility of work hours.

      Cons

      If you're in the wrong group, it's a struggle to get autonomy even when you ask for more oversight of a group or project because micromanaging is an issue. I feel trapped where I am and growth has been stagnant. They also hold a mistake against you for years. Management afraid to give constructive criticism.
