      Great benefits, lots of energy and youth there. Very positive attitude from every employee at any level of management

      Manufacturing work was a bit tiring. Management was shifting all over the place due to their fast growth. Sometimes people got promoted to management on shifty credentials. Rensselaer site head is a bit of a wack job

      Good pay and benefits. Flexibility of work hours.

      Cons

      If you're in the wrong group, it's a struggle to get autonomy even when you ask for more oversight of a group or project because micromanaging is an issue. I feel trapped where I am and growth has been stagnant. They also hold a mistake against you for years. Management afraid to give constructive criticism.
