      Minimum wage that doesn’t take in the extent of the risks in working in the night time economy. No PPE provided, Except by your venue.

      Cons

      You will be charged a £4 a month admin fee in addition to a further £5.75 deduction fee for your uniform and a £6 new starter fee which likely takes you below the minimum wage
