Pros
The story of Regency is quite inspirational. The company does a good job at acknowledging their employees from the top level.
Cons
What you hear about this company is quite true. Unfortunately, the turn around is extremely high and the moral extremely low. There are a lot of Managers who enjoy throwing their weight around at the expense of the employee. If you have a voice, oftentimes it can be drowned out by big egos and brown-nosers. Extremely conservative and judgmental towards those who are different.
