Manufactures a decent looking, easy to install Aluminum Railing Component System. Well established in throughout Canada.
Cons
Design and overall looks needs to be updated to keep up with competition. Pay is low for the amount of responsibility and travel expected out of their reps. Not well known in the US. Not very trusted by customers in US. Management tend to not keep their word. Management isn't trustworthy. Commissions are not competitive with competition. No Benefits. No 1099 statements. They pay a salary, plus expenses, plus commissions in the US, but NO 1099!!. Don't know how they get away with that in the US and the IRS.
