Bosses are friendly, respectful, and competent. They know what they are doing and if a process is new will learn it.
Environment is safe, welcoming, and friendly. People with aggressive or poor attitudes are weeded out quickly.
Work is varied and learning is encouraged.
Cons
Gets hot in the summer (105+ degrees-fans are provided).
Pay is a little lower than others but worth it for reasons above.
Some communication and organization issues but they do try.
