We appreciate your candor and regret that your experience was not in line with other members of our team. We work very hard to maintain a positive environment with clear lines of communication. The Executive Team meets each morning with managers from every department to discuss issues, projects, timelines, and initiatives for each segment of the company. Priorities are then communicated by management to individual team members with specific actions and expectations to help accomplish our corporate objectives.
Our Team Handbook goes into greater detail about expectations, processes, and the type of work environment we are trying to create. We believe when these guidelines are followed, communication and employee interactions are much more effective. A discussion with you and your manager about these issues while you were employed would have been welcomed. We wish you well and thank you for your feedback.

Pros
Loved my coworkers and some of the management. The company has potential.
Cons
Low pay, definitely not competitive. They make positions sound easy and entry level, then not pay much. I left for much higher pay at another company.
There is one individual in upper management that causes an extreme amount of anxiety in the office. Employee turnover is extremely high for this. An article from Business Insider, "25 signs you have a terrible boss" sums this individual up precisely. He definitely leads by fear.
Believe me when I say you will fantasize about quitting. If there was a shakeup in upper management, more specific to one individual, this place would be a wonderful place to work!

We appreciate you taking the time and posting a review. Since your tenure with our firm, we have worked very hard to revamp our affiliate and team member training. We have a stronger middle management team and dedicated team members in place to build a culture that is aligned with our values. We examined our internal processes and procedures and made positive changes to create a team-orientated, productive, and competitive environment that benefits individuals and the firm as a whole. We thank you for your time and tenure with our firm.
