Pros

Free movies...wondering if its worth it though?!?

Cons

Rude customers!! They are never happy whatever you do for them. Little pay, not worth the stress you get or all of your weekends/holidays. Theaters are never closed, so you rarely get a weekend day(just one sat or sun) or even holidays off, and usually on a holiday they over staff just to make sure everyone comes in, and then it turns out to be too slow, so they send people home. Polices dont make sense.

Pros

The initial role offers good experience in sales and customer service, but the benefits are overshadowed by internal management failures.

Cons

The primary issue lies in the disconnect between local management and corporate HR, specifically regarding off-boarding and payroll accuracy. I submitted a formal two-week notice which was reportedly never filed by my manager. This resulted in an "ineligible for rehire" status despite my following all proper protocols. Furthermore, communication from Corporate is inconsistent and contradictory. I was told both that my notice was received but my two weeks were incomplete, and then later told that no notice was submitted at all. Even with physical proof of attendance (after a manager failed to adjust a manual clock-in as promised) and proof of the submitted notice, Corporate refused to correct the record.
