      + Remote working + Some really enthusiastic and talented people + Great mission + I had a great interview experience with the HR recruiter last summer, he was wonderful

      Cons

      - Weak management - Communication is very, very poor - Decision making at management level ultimately led to a huge layoff

      Pros

      Young and ambitious team and leadership! Almost everyone shares the mission and it feels like everyone enjoys contributing and coming together to make the company and the vision succeed! Remote culture and true flexibility! Office weeks are mandatory, but truly make a difference for connecting with your team and other departments!

      Cons

      Chaotic like any other scale up and priorities change quickly. Everyone is very young and sometimes lacks a little grounding!
