      Pros

      The 4 days that I was there, it seemed like people were nice and friendly. Equipment was clean, chairs were nice. Parking was great, game room, and free Refresco drinks provided. Very clean atmosphere and breakrooms with plenty of addition coffee types and tea.

      Cons

      The training took a downward spiral, one minute I am not to take notes, next I am to take notes, by asking me to WRITE out instructions, where as there were procedures already typed out on the computer (that were not updated) I was not supplied with the written instructions printed (did not have access to my documents(word, outlook, teams, excel) in order to print out, or reply in outlook till my 4th and last day.

      Pros

      Benefits are relatively good, colleagues are good to work with, lots of opportunities in a maturing environment.

      Cons

      Bonuses are formulated from things you have no direct control over and are factored in as part of the overall compensation which makes the base pay trend lower than market. High leadership turnover.
