Pros
- Depending on Crew you end up on can be low to extreme pressure for reaching targets. - If you get a good position you will keep it as long as you want. - A good starting point for young people. - Some positions allow a great degree of freedom.
Cons
- The recruitment process (for a permanent contract) is all over the place - hard to gauge why one got the job when others did not. - If you do not get a position you want(got different), you probably never will as migration between departments is almost non-existent. - Some teams can be extremely toxic (not all are). - Each manager has "own style" of management, so working with different team or crew can be a dramatically different experience.
