Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are thrilled to hear that supportive, approachable leadership and a strong focus on training and skill-building have stood out in your time at Refloor. Our installers are at the heart of the customer experience, and investing in craftsmanship, growth, and team support is something we care deeply about. It is also great to hear your perspective on project flow. As a fast-growing company, there are certainly times when multiple projects overlap, and strong planning, communication, and time management become especially important. We appreciate your flexibility and professionalism in helping us deliver for customers while maintaining quality. Most importantly, hearing that team morale is high says a lot about the culture being built in the field, and we are grateful for the role you play in that every day. Thank you for being part of Refloor and for helping us create great outcomes for our customers. — The Refloor Team
