Being a start-up there is still that open, free flow of ideas and innovation. Mean and lean. Of course I would not be here if it where not that the solutions is awesome. I'd go so far as to say "transformational" as we do for recruiting what Uber, AirBNB, and Wikipedia have done in their respective arenas.

Still pretty small and for now name recognition is a bit of a challenge. Healthcare Benefits are a little pricey, but that's not uncommon in this era. Probably should do some more in way of benefits: ie; FSA/HSA, 401K etc, but they will get there.
