Pros

There is no pro to working for this business, they paid me on time, that is about it. really sorry state of affairs

Cons

Where do I start. Bad management, really rude and condescending. Promised the world as an Engineer upon starting and not 1 promises was fulfilled. If you have any other options other than to work here, take them! Engineers are very young and really inexperienced so no chance of developing further by working along side children fresh out of school. no progression at all although i was told at my interviews I would have the chance to move forward into other departments and there would be future investment in the site. 2 years later and not so much as a lick of paint! using old broke down kit, in a dirty and unsafe environment. I really cant warn people off this place enough, they talk a great talk, but nothing ever comes to fruition

Pros

Reflex is a temp agency and you have a very flexible schedule. You get paid for your shift the next day. I really enjoy it. If you need extra cash or just want to get out of the house, it’s a great place to work!

Cons

Very high competition for shifts, but they are available.

Pros

U.S. facility is improving in all aspects management wise and understands the right path to improve overall

Cons

HQ (in Italy) does not give the resources needed to any sites to be better and micromanage everything. As a global company, it is the most unprofessional organization and WORST CULTURE I have ever witnessed. Turnover at every management position in the U.S. is very high. There is not a leader at the U.S. site (who has authority) to guide the site/team to success. Zero goals for this worldwide company, no budgets, financials are a mess, and a clear vision forward doesn't exist. And it ALL stems from HQ in Italy and is then reflected to all of their ~15 sites worldwide.
