Pros

If you know how to play the game you can talk yourself into a pretty good salary. If you have a desire to learn something or explore new job skills you will be given the green light to do so assuming you can justify your reasoning. Pretty good benefits. If you have the desire to learn and work hard you can learn a lot here. No one is really going to teach it to you, but if you are a self-starter you can grow here for a short period of time. You can go to work in whatever clothes you want. Once you get your seat at the CEO's table you can pretty much do whatever you want even if it makes literally zero sense.

Cons

People really do play into the company politics which is so strange for a no-name company. If you can get in the CEO's ear the world is yours, which I guess for some people that is a pro, but if you want to go to work and do your job and not worry about who is whispering about you to the CEO this is not the place for you. It's an environment filled with self-important people who enjoy placing the blame on everyone else.

Pros

Reflex Media is a fast moving company with a lot of opportunity for growth, visibility, and impact. Best for those who are proactive and willing to take ownership, there are plenty of chances to work on meaningful projects and contribute to the direction of the business. The company has smart, dedicated people and a culture that rewards problem solving, adaptability, and initiative.

Cons

The company moves quickly which means priorities occasionally shift. The environment is dynamic and works best for people who are comfortable with change, growth, and a high level of ownership.

Pros

Pros Innovative company with forward-thinking leadership Strong opportunities for growth in areas you’re passionate about Supportive leadership team that encourages development and success Fast-paced and engaging work environment where no two days feel the same Encourages the use of AI and modern tools to improve efficiency and creativity Flexible remote work culture with occasional in-person meetups that help strengthen team collaboration and culture

Cons

Fast-paced environment may not be the best fit for those looking for a slower or more laid back pace High expectations for accountability and contribution at every level of the company Leadership is very hands-on, and employees at all levels, including management are expected to step in and help wherever needed. So if you're looking for a management role that doesn't require you to 'do the work' this isn't for you The environment rewards initiative and adaptability, which can be challenging for those who prefer narrowly defined roles
